Raised in Northwest Florida, Erica moved to Gainesville, FL in 2007 to attend the University of Florida, where she also later started her real estate career. With an extensive background in new construction and residential real estate, Erica has assisted with over 200 transactions totaling more than $90 million in home sales in her 7+ years of experience. In May 2021, Erica and her family decided it was time to move back to Northwest Florida to be closer to extended family, and the idea of launching a new real estate brokerage was formed.
