Spencer grew up in Gainesville, FL where he began his career in construction. He spent eight years as owner/operator of a small home repair and renovation business primarily working with realtors and clients to get homes ready for market, or helping customers update and repair homes that were recently purchased. He also has experience in nearly every aspect of home construction working for a custom home builder.
Panama City Beach has always been like a second home, having family here dating back to the 1950's, he spent nearly every summer and holiday here and with his wife Erica being a native of Northwest Florida they decided to move here and start Onward Realty Services. With Spencer's experience in construction and home repair, he offers a unique perspective to both buyers and sellers and looks forward to assisting you with all of your real estate needs.
